1. Returns

You may return any item within 15 days of receiving it if it meets the following conditions. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Clean and free of stains In its original packaging. In resellable condition.

To begin a return:

We will provide the return address and instructions.
Ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, etc.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

Need a different size or want an alteration?
Follow the same return process above and clearly state in your email that you'd like an exchange or alteration. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.

4. How to Request a Return

Complete the form with the following: · Your order number. · A clear request for refund or exchange. · The item(s) you wish to return. · A brief reason to help us improve.
Submit the request.
You’ll receive an automated confirmation email.
Our support team will follow up within a few business days.

5. Order Cancellations

Because our dresses are made to order, cancellation requests follow this timeline:

Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund.
1–3 days after payment: 80% refund of product price + full shipping refund.
After 3 days: 50% refund of product price + full shipping refund.
After shipment: Cancellation not accepted.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return does not meet our policy, the item will be sent back to you.
